Ken Buchholz, referred to as “Mr. Ken” by all, is the man who sits in the office and works on the computer during the day. He is responsible for opening the school in the morning. He greets you when you arrive at the center, but is usually at home by the time you pick up your child. He is the Assistant Director/Office Manager and is responsible for maintaining the records on staff and children. He answers the telephone during the day and transfers your calls to your child’s classroom, enters your tuition payments and sends you your receipt along with the year-end statements for your taxes. He is here to answer any questions that you may have regarding the school and will find the answer for you if he does not have it.
Ken started working at the school in 2001 after retiring from a career of almost 28 years with the State Of Missouri. While working for the State Of Missouri, he licensed and supervised child care homes and centers. He eventually became a supervisor in the same department. He is very familiar with the Licensing Rules and helps to keep the school in compliance.
