Ms. Leila
I began my career with The Centre at Conway in March 2015 as the Assistant Director. Education and Administration have always been my passion. Early Childhood is the most crucial foundation in establishing a future. Young minds are shaped at an early age and I have the honor of playing an important role in setting that strong foundation as an administrator. As an administrator, I implement programs and initiatives that prepare our students for the future while keeping the Montessori approach at the center of the classroom. In order for the students to be successful, teachers must have access to classroom resources, advancement opportunities, and support. My favorite part of my job is the ability to watch our students grow physically and emotionally from infants to preschool ages. I enjoy providing support and guidance for the staff so they can be the best teacher they can be. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have four children who have all attended The Centre at Conway. I enjoy exploring new ideas that I can implement at The Centre at Conway.
