Ms. Manjari

My name is Manjari. I have been with The Center at Conway for little over a year. This past year, I have been the lead teacher for the Toddler 2 class.

I have more than four years in professional work experience, including three years in the educational field. I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting. My biggest strong suit is strength-based teaching that focuses on students’ positive qualities. My approach is to identify and develop a student’s natural talents in order to educate the child. I always guide children to achieve the best education, and support their social and emotional development.

There are many things to appreciate as a teacher. One of the most enjoyable things about teaching is having the satisfaction of knowing I am changing lives. By giving them an education, you are allowing them to enhance their futures because education affects whether they will go to college and what kind of job they will be able to get! Also, on a day-to-day basis, it is very rewarding to see the kids improve. The proud feeling you get to see them grow up is indescribable. Last but not least, it is very entertaining to work with children. They are funny, playful and full of love. There is never a dull moment spent with them, and I would not have it any other way.

I love spending time with my friends and family. The simplest things in life give me the most pleasure, like cooking a good meal and being surrounded by those closest to me.
